How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel

Managing your Campaiyn subscription is straightforward. You are never locked into a long-term contract.

How to upgrade

  1. Go to the Pricing page at campaiyn.ai/pricing, or navigate to Settings > Billing in your dashboard
  2. Select the plan you want to upgrade to
  3. Complete checkout through Paystack
  4. Your upgraded plan takes effect immediately -- no waiting period

Pro tip

If founding member pricing is still available, it will be applied automatically during checkout. You will see the discounted price on the checkout screen before you pay.

How to downgrade

To move to a lower plan:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Select your new plan
  3. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period -- you keep your current plan until then

If you downgrade from Growth or Agency to Starter, you will lose access to Apply Now and may need to disconnect ad accounts above the plan limit.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

To cancel:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
  4. After that, your account reverts to the free plan -- your data and history are preserved

Note

Cancelling moves you to the free plan -- it does not delete your account. You keep your scan history and health score data. You can reactivate a paid plan at any time.
