Create your account

Sign up at campaiyn.ai/auth/signup with your email or Google account. No credit card required.

Complete onboarding

Tell us about your business, industry, target audience, and offer. This helps the AI tailor recommendations to your specific situation.

Connect your Meta ad account

Go to Settings and click 'Connect Meta Account'. You will be redirected to Facebook to authorize read-only access. We never modify your ads without your permission.

Run your first scan

Click 'Run Scan' on the dashboard. Campaiyn will analyze your account across 5 health pillars and generate your score in about 30 seconds.

How to set up Meta Pixel on Shopify

Step-by-step guide to installing the Meta Pixel on your Shopify store for conversion tracking.

  1. 1Go to your Shopify Admin > Settings > Customer events
  2. 2Click 'Add custom pixel' or find the Meta Pixel app
  3. 3Enter your Pixel ID (found in Meta Events Manager > Data Sources > Your Pixel)

How to set up Conversions API (CAPI)

CAPI sends server-side events to Meta, improving tracking accuracy and ad performance.

How to verify your domain in Meta Business Suite

Domain verification is required for editing link previews and accessing certain ad features.

  1. 1Go to Meta Business Suite > Settings > Brand Safety > Domains
  2. 2Click 'Add' and enter your domain (e.g. yourstore.com)
  3. 3Choose a verification method: DNS TXT record (recommended) or HTML file upload
  4. 4For DNS: add the TXT record to your domain provider, wait up to 72 hours
  5. 5Click 'Verify' once the record has propagated

How to structure Meta ad campaigns for best results

A clean campaign structure helps Meta's algorithm optimize your ads more effectively.

  1. 1Use 3-5 active campaigns maximum (one per objective)
  2. 2Each campaign should have 2-3 ad sets with distinct audiences
  3. 3Each ad set should have 4-6 ad variations for testing
  4. 4Use Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO) to let Meta allocate budget to top performers
  5. 5Separate prospecting (cold) and retargeting (warm) into different campaigns
  6. 6Name everything clearly: [Objective] - [Audience] - [Creative Type]

How to fix 'Learning Limited' on your ad sets

Learning Limited means your ad set is not getting enough conversions to optimize properly.

  1. 1You need approximately 50 conversions per week per ad set to exit the learning phase
  2. 2Increase your budget: if your CPA is $20, you need at least $1,000/week per ad set
  3. 3Broaden your audience: remove interest targeting restrictions and let Meta find your audience
  4. 4Simplify your campaign: merge similar ad sets to consolidate volume
  5. 5Use a broader conversion event: if Purchase events are too few, try Add to Cart or Initiate Checkout
  6. 6Wait 7 days before making changes. Editing resets the learning phase.

Account and Setup

How do I connect my Meta ad account?

Go to Settings in the dashboard, click 'Connect Meta Account', and authorize with Facebook. We request read-only access to your ad data. You can revoke access anytime from Settings or from your Meta Business settings.

Can I connect multiple ad accounts?

Yes. Starter allows 1 account, Growth allows 5, and Agency allows unlimited. You can switch between accounts in Settings.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Meta access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. All data is transmitted over TLS. We never share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings, scroll to the Danger Zone section, and click 'Delete Account'. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Health Score and Scanning

What is the health score?

Your health score is a number from 0 to 100 that measures how well your Meta ad account is performing across 5 pillars: Budget Efficiency, Creative Performance, Campaign Structure, Audience Quality, and Delivery Health.

How often should I scan?

We recommend scanning at least once a week. Free accounts get 3 scans per month, Starter gets 15, and Growth/Agency get unlimited scans.

Why is my score low?

A low score means there are opportunities to improve. Check the Insights section on your dashboard for specific findings, and the Recommendations page for actionable fixes. Common issues include creative fatigue, too many campaigns, and high frequency.

Can I scan accounts I manage for clients?

Yes. If you have admin access to a client's Meta ad account, you can connect and scan it. Agency plan users can connect unlimited accounts.

Billing and Plans

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. The free plan is permanent, not a trial. You get 1 ad account, 3 scans per month, and your top 3 recommendations. No credit card required, no time limit.

How do I upgrade?

Go to the Pricing page or the Billing section in your dashboard. Select a plan and complete checkout through Paystack. Your upgrade takes effect immediately.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you want. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No long-term contracts.

What currency am I charged in?

Prices are displayed in USD. Payments are processed in GHS (Ghanaian Cedi) through Paystack. Your bank will handle the conversion at the current exchange rate.

What is founding member pricing?

The first 500 paying customers get 40% off for life. Once you lock in founding member pricing, your rate never increases, even if we raise prices later.

AI Recommendations

How does the AI generate recommendations?

Campaiyn analyzes your campaign data across 5 health pillars, then uses AI to generate prioritized, actionable recommendations. Each suggestion includes context from your actual data and an estimated impact.

Are the recommendations safe to follow?

Recommendations are suggestions, not automatic actions. On the Free and Starter plans, you review each one and apply changes yourself in Meta Ads Manager. Growth and Agency plans offer one-click apply with guardrails (budget changes capped at 20% increase, 50% decrease).

What does 'Mark as Done' mean?

On Free and Starter plans, 'Mark as Done' records that you applied the recommendation manually. This helps Campaiyn track which actions improved your score and refine future recommendations.

What does 'Apply Now' do on Growth/Agency?

Apply Now executes the recommendation directly on your Meta ad account through the API. For example, pausing an underperforming ad set or adjusting a campaign budget. All actions are logged and can be reviewed.
