How to delete your account

If you want to permanently remove your Campaiyn account and all associated data, you can do so from the Settings page. This action is irreversible.

How to delete your account

1. Log in to your Campaiyn account
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the page
4. Click Delete Account
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

What happens to your data?

All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your deletion request. This includes:

• Your profile information and business onboarding data
• All scan results and health score history
• Saved recommendations and action history
• Connected Meta ad account tokens (these are also revoked)

During the 30-day window, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible. At the end of the window, all data is purged from our systems.

Do I need to cancel my subscription first?

If you are on a paid plan, deleting your account will automatically cancel your subscription. You do not need to cancel separately before deleting. However, there are no refunds for the unused portion of your current billing period.

If you only want to stop being charged (not delete your data), consider cancelling your subscription instead. This reverts your account to the free plan while keeping your data intact.

Revoke Meta access separately

Deleting your Campaiyn account also revokes our access to your Meta ad data. If you want to be thorough, you can also manually remove Campaiyn from your Meta Business integrations:

1. Go to Meta Business Suite > Settings > Business Integrations
2. Find Campaiyn in the list and click Remove
