1. Service Description

Campaiyn is an AI-powered Meta Ads optimization platform. We analyze your ad account performance, generate health scores, and provide actionable recommendations to improve your advertising results. Our progressive trust system can automate certain optimizations with your approval.

2. Subscription Terms and Billing

• Free accounts include limited scans per month. Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) unlock additional scans, features, and autopilot capabilities.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Paystack. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate Meta's Advertising Policies or any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API or scoring algorithms.
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
• Use the platform to manage ad accounts without the account owner's authorization.

4. Limitation of Liability

AI-generated recommendations are suggestions based on data analysis and are not guarantees of advertising performance. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any changes to your ad accounts. Campaiyn is not liable for ad spend decisions, campaign performance outcomes, or any losses resulting from applied recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

5. Data Handling and Meta Platform Terms

We access your Meta ad account data solely through Meta's official Marketing API and in compliance with Meta Platform Terms. We do not sell, share, or use your ad account data for any purpose beyond providing our service. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting your account or removing our app from your Meta Business settings.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
