What currency am I charged in?

Campaiyn prices are displayed in USD (US Dollars). Payments are processed in GHS (Ghanaian Cedi) through Paystack, our payment processor.

When you check out, Paystack converts the USD price to GHS at the current exchange rate. Your bank or card issuer then processes the GHS transaction. If your card is not denominated in GHS, your bank may apply its own currency conversion fee -- check with your bank if you are unsure.

Note

The GHS conversion happens at checkout. The USD price you see on the pricing page is the reference price, and the final GHS amount charged will reflect the exchange rate at the time of payment.

What payment methods are accepted?

Campaiyn uses Paystack for payment processing, which supports:

  • Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
  • Mobile money (MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money)
  • Bank transfers (select banks)
  • USSD payments

Payment method availability may vary depending on your location.

Is my payment information stored securely?

Campaiyn does not store your card details. All payment information is handled directly by Paystack, which is PCI DSS compliant. We only store the outcome of your subscription (plan, status, renewal date).

When am I billed?

Campaiyn subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date you first subscribed. For example, if you upgrade on the 15th of March, you will be billed again on the 15th of April.

What happens if a payment fails?

If a renewal payment fails, Paystack will retry automatically. If the retry also fails, your subscription will be paused and you will receive an email notification. You can update your payment method in Settings > Billing to reactivate.

Need a receipt or invoice?

Payment receipts are sent automatically to the email address on your Campaiyn account after each successful charge. If you need a detailed invoice for accounting purposes, email support@campaiyn.ai.
