A diagnostic walkthrough for identifying which ad sets are Learning Limited and understanding the root cause.
"Learning Limited" is one of the most common delivery issues Campaiyn detects. This article walks through how to diagnose which ad sets are affected and what is driving the problem, before you take action to fix it.
In Meta Ads Manager, add the Delivery column to your ad set view. Ad sets with Learning Limited status will show that label in the delivery column.
In Campaiyn, your Delivery Health pillar score will be low if Learning Limited ad sets are detected, and the recommendation will list the specific ad set names.
For each Learning Limited ad set, look at:
Meta needs approximately 50 conversions per week per ad set to exit the learning phase. If you are seeing fewer than 50, Learning Limited is expected.
The fix depends on the root cause:

Check when the ad set was last edited. If it was modified recently, the Learning Limited status may be temporary -- the ad set is just resetting its learning. Wait at least 7 days before making further changes.
Once you know the root cause, apply the appropriate fix:

After making your chosen fix, leave the ad set alone for 7 full days. Every edit resets the learning counter. Check back after the week is up and see if the status has changed.

Set a calendar reminder 7 days after making your fix. When it triggers, run a new Campaiyn scan to see if the Delivery Health score has improved.
Some ad sets will always be Learning Limited due to small niche audiences or very low budgets. If a Learning Limited ad set is still delivering profitable results, there is no immediate need to intervene. Monitor it and focus your energy on higher-volume campaigns first.
