Connect your Meta ad account

Authorize Campaiyn to read your Meta ad data. We only request read-only access and never modify your ads without your permission.

Connect your Meta ad account

Campaiyn needs access to your Meta ad account data to analyze your campaigns and generate your health score. The connection process takes about 30 seconds.

How to connect

  1. In your Campaiyn dashboard, go to Settings
  2. Click Connect Meta Account
  3. You will be redirected to Facebook's authorization page
  4. Log in with the Facebook account that has access to your Meta Business Manager
  5. Review the permissions Campaiyn is requesting and click Allow
  6. You will be redirected back to Campaiyn with your account connected

Note

You must be an admin or advertiser on the Meta ad account you want to connect. If you manage client accounts, you need at least advertiser-level access in their Meta Business Manager.

What permissions does Campaiyn request?

Campaiyn requests read-only access to your ad account data. This includes:

  • Campaign, ad set, and ad performance metrics
  • Budget and spend data
  • Audience configuration
  • Pixel and tracking setup status

We do not request the ability to create, edit, or delete ads. The only exception is the Apply Now feature on Growth and Agency plans, which executes specific changes you explicitly approve.

Can I connect multiple ad accounts?

Yes, depending on your plan:

  • Free -- 1 ad account
  • Starter -- 1 ad account
  • Growth -- up to 5 ad accounts
  • Agency -- unlimited ad accounts

You can switch between connected accounts in Settings. Agency users commonly connect all of their clients' accounts under one Campaiyn workspace.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Campaiyn takes data security seriously:

  • Your Meta access tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being stored
  • All data is transmitted over TLS (HTTPS)
  • We never share your data with third parties
  • You can revoke Campaiyn's access at any time from Settings, or directly from your Meta Business Settings > Integrations

Pro tip

If you ever need to revoke access without logging into Campaiyn, go to Meta Business Suite > Settings > Business Integrations and remove Campaiyn from the list.
