Takedown notice

If you're the rights holder for an ad teardown on Campaiyn and you want it removed, email takedown@campaiyn.ai.

What to include

• The full URL of the teardown page (e.g. https://campaiyn.ai/ads/<slug>)
• The brand name and your relationship to it (employee, agency of record, legal counsel)
• A brief reason for the removal request
• If your request is a formal DMCA notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), include the required statements: identification of the copyrighted work, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, your contact info, and a physical or electronic signature.

Our SLA

We respond to all takedown requests within 5 business days. For verified rights-holder requests, we remove the teardown immediately on confirmation; for ambiguous requests we'll reply with questions before acting.

Our process

1. We verify the request (brand association, identity).
2. For verified rights-holder takedowns: we remove the teardown, replace the URL with a 410 Gone response, and update our internal log.
3. For DMCA notices: we follow the safe-harbor procedure under § 512(c) including counter-notice rights for the original author (in this case, Campaiyn's editorial team).
4. We confirm completion to you by email.

Our designated agent is on file with the U.S. Copyright Office at copyright.gov/dmca-directory (search "Maxme Digital Media"). The agent's contact for formal DMCA notices is the same address above: takedown@campaiyn.ai.
